Wake up to bright mornings at Laguna, where breakfast is served alongside a scenic lagoon. Just steps away, Miramar Garden’s breezy atmosphere, swaying palms and beachside views set the stage for days full of leisure with tasty lunches, BBQ dishes, and cocktails. Beach Bites keep you fueled on the white sands of Palm Beach, while convenient snacks and beverages are available throughout the day at Oscar’s Market in the main lobby. As the sun sets, cross the illuminated bridge to Sunset Grille—a beloved island steakhouse for over 60 years, reimagined for today’s guests. After dinner, the sophisticated ambiance of Sunset Bar beckons with handcrafted cocktails, live music and gentle evening breezes.

The menus across Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort feature international favorites alongside signature Aruban creations that are part of our heritage. Get your day off to a flying start at Laguna with fluffy eggs, sweet açai bowls, or a hearty big breakfast served with coffee and juices. For casual dining throughout the day, Miramar Garden serves beach favorites including coconut shrimp with ginger sriracha soy sauce, tuna poke bowls, and juicy BBQ rib sandwiches. A similar menu is available from the shores with Beach Bites, too. When it comes to dinner, there’s more than just beef at the steakhouse. Sunset Grille offers seafood specialties like pan-roasted seabass with ratatouille, as well as its signature premium steaks including 8 oz. filet and 22 oz. prime bone-in ribeye. Save room for dessert, too—our tableside flambéed Tiramisu and Baked Alaska are full of flavor and arrive at your table with theatrical presentation. Throughout our resort, you’ll encounter tastes for the whole family with a kids menu available for in-room dining. There are vegetarian and gluten-free options, too. It’s this full variety that places us among the best resorts with restaurants in Palm Beach, Aruba.

Refreshing alcoholic drinks are available across Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort. The classic Aruba Ariba—invented at our original bar—headlines our cocktail selection alongside the Manhattan-inspired Luna Preto and margarita-styled Tres Trapi. If you’re keen on wine, our new curated selection of over 150 bottles is one of the most extensive in Aruba and boasts rare vintages and distinguished varietals, each with its own complex aroma and flavor. Local and international beers are available, too. Daily Happy Hour runs from 3 pm to 5 pm at Miramar Garden with special pricing on select beverages. All alcoholic drinks are available to guests 18 and over, with beachfront and poolside service daily. There are also local beers and wines available to go at Oscar’s Market in the lobby.
